Home Visit Will Writing Service

We have a network of will writers covering all of England & Wales. We offer a home visit service at times that are convenient to you. The consultant will give you help and guidance as he takes your Will instructions, explaining everything to you in plain English ensuring that the Will that is written for you truly reflects your wishes.

All our consultants are CRB checked, work to the Society of Will Writers Code of Conduct and are covered by £2m Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Simple - Affordable - Painless

Once your instructions are taken they are passed to our in-house Legal Department. This is headed by our Society of Will Writers qualified Wills Drafter. The Legal Department will then draft a Will from your personal instructions. Initially you are sent a draft Will via email or post, whichever is your preference, for you to make sure that the Will is correct. Upon your confirmation we forward the final Will for signature and whitnessing. We can even arrange for our consultant to be there to help with the witnessing.
